Say goodbye to the hassle of switching between multiple Gmail accounts: learn how to link them together for easy management!
Are you tired of switching between multiple Gmail accounts every time you want to check your email? If so, you’re in luck!
If you’re like many people, you probably have more than one Gmail account. But switching between multiple accounts can be a hassle, especially if you’re trying to manage your email efficiently.
Luckily, there’s a solution — you can link your Gmail accounts together, making it easy to manage all of your emails from one central location.
This can save you time and hassle — and it’s easier than you might think!
Here’s a step-by-step guide to linking your email accounts.
How to Link Your Gmail Accounts
Log in to the first Gmail account that you want to link — i.e. the main one.
Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the screen, and then select Settings from the menu that appears.
In the Settings menu, click on the Accounts and Import tab.
Under the Check mail from other accounts section, click on the Add a mail account button.
In the pop-up window that appears, enter the email address of the second Gmail account you want to link.
Click on the Next button, and then select the Link account option or Import emails from my other account (POP3).
You may be prompted to enter the password for the second Gmail account. Enter it, and then click on the Sign in button.
Once you’ve signed in to the second Gmail account, you’ll be able to choose which options you want to enable. For example, you can choose to label incoming messages from that account or skip the inbox.
Once you’ve made your selections, click on the Add Account button to complete the process.
Repeat steps 4–9 for each additional Gmail account that you want to link.
And that’s all there is to it! Easy, right? 🤩
By linking your Gmail accounts together, you can make your email routine more efficient and less frustrating. Just be sure to carefully consider which options you enable for each linked account so that you can maintain control over your email. Let us know if you have any doubts! 😉
