Hello, guys! 👋
We’ve been tinkering behind the scenes at Curiosity to bring you some awesome new features, between requests from our community and improvements to your overall experience — and we’re sure you’ll love it.
Think of it as our way of saying thanks for being part of the journey and helping us along the way.
Let’s jump right in and check our latest release out!
1. Yahoo! Mail Joins The App
Seamless integration with Yahoo! Mail, to make sure you can connect all your accounts easily

For those of you who’ve faced challenges linking your Yahoo! email with Curiosity, we’re excited to announce a dedicated solution.
Say hello to our brand-new Yahoo! connector, designed to streamline your experience and ensure that adding your Yahoo! account is as easy as pie.
Just click the plus sign next to Mail on the left bar of the app, select Connect to Yahoo Mail, and start indexing away.
2. Custom Sidebar: Organize Your Way
Drag to re-order apps and spaces for a personalized workflow

Great news for those who love a tidy and customized workspace: with our new drag-and-drop feature, rearranging your apps and spaces is as simple as click, drag, and drop.
Now, you can prioritize your view by positioning the most-used apps and spaces at your fingertips, and organize the sidebar just the way you like it.
Get set to sort your sidebar to perfection!
3. PST Files: Batch Import Now Available
Effortlessly manage large sets of archives with multi-file upload

Attention to all who juggle with PST files! We’ve eliminated the one-at-a-time hassle and introduced batch-importing of PST files to our platform.
If you’ve ever been bogged down by adding large archives individually, you’ll love this update.
Simply head to the Connect Outlook Archive menu, select all the PST files you need, hit OK, and watch as they seamlessly line up in your account.
Managing your email archives just got a whole lot smoother!
4. Evernote Integration: Quick-Look Previews
Find and preview your Evernote notes all within Curiosity

For our Evernote users out there, your workflow got a serious upgrade!
We’re thrilled to introduce quick-look previews for your Evernote notes right within the Curiosity app.
No more toggling between apps — now a swift glimpse of your content is just a click away.
This means less time searching and more time doing, with all your notes at your fingertips. Ready to preview your productivity boost?
5. AI Assistant: Your Personal Custom Prompts
Craft and save your own prompts for repeated use, tailored just for you

Our AI Assistant now supports custom prompts, giving you the power to design and save your very own commands and personas.
Whether it’s crafting the perfect LinkedIn post, getting recipe ideas, or anything in between, you can set up a prompt once, fine-tune it, and use it to your heart’s content across various contexts.
We’ve been loving the flexibility this feature offers, and we’re eager to hear how it transforms your experience too.
And stay tuned — we’re not done enhancing this feature just yet!
6. Polished to Perfection: More App Enhancements
Intuitive tweaks mean that Curiosity just got better

We want to make your Curiosity experience not just good, but great. ✨
That’s why we’ve rolled out a slew of enhancements to dial up the ease and intuition of using the app.
Searching events in the command bar now shows the event name
In the in-app help, added a link to the keyboard shortcut cheat sheet
In the inbox, emails now show attachments
Draft emails are saved including when they’re written by the AI Assistant
Added a setting to limit how far back old files should be extracted (to limit indexing load)
Added a date to email previews
In the Command Bar, dates are no longer interpreted as filters (improved handling)
The bubble for the AI Assistant is no longer shown for marked text when the text is in the search bar
Indexing now ignores hidden files on Mac
The number of search hits now also shown in App spaces (e.g., Notion)
Improved the colors of the time grid in file scheduling preferences
Google Docs now open previews inside the app (not always in browser)
Added a missing scroll bar to the accounts filter in the Organizations view
With these updates, every interaction with Curiosity becomes more fluid, intuitive, and personalized to fit your unique style.
7. Bug Fixes for a Flawless Experience
Goodbye glitches: we’ve been improving Curiosity with essential bug fixes

Lastly, we’re on a mission to make Curiosity as seamless as possible, and that means squashing those pesky bugs that creep up from time to time.
This month, we’ve tackled everything from sorting search results and Google Docs previews, to issues with the AI Assistant on local models and special character displays in PST files.
🐞 Here’s the complete list:
Sorting search results by oldest/newest
Previews of Google Docs not showing
Opening an email from a thread “Open in Outlook” would open the wrong email
Opera wasn’t showing in available apps
Hidden items weren’t showing (no way to get them back)
Issue with Gmail failing to send emails
Some special characters not rendering correctly in PST files
Issue with app crashing when switching between profiles on the same computer
Issue with Gmail showing old attachments if the inbox was empty
Images from clipboard weren’t being copied on Mac
Issue causing local models for AI Assistant to fail
Rest assured, we’re always refining Curiosity to give you the smoothest ride possible!
Wrapping up
And that wraps up our tour of the new upgrades to Curiosity this month.
We’re eager to see how these changes elevate your experience, so hit us up with your thoughts, feedback, or just a quick hello. After all, it’s your insights that help us grow and improve. 😉
Keep on searching, learning, and developing with Curiosity!
Until the next update, stay curious and connected!
