Notice (§36 VSBG)
We exclude participation in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) and have decided not to participate in such a dispute resolution procedure; we are also not obliged to participate in such a dispute resolution procedure.

As a service provider, we are responsible according to § 7 para. 1 TMG for our own content on these pages according to general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
