Curiosity and Capgemini partner to scale industrial AI
Curiosity
We're proud to announce a strategic partnership between Curiosity and Capgemini.
Together we're combining Curiosity's in-memory knowledge graph technology and Capgemini's global scale to build industrial AI systems for complex enterprises.
The partnership was signed by our CEO Leon Zucchini and Angélique Lallouet at Capgemini, and it marks a meaningful step in how we plan to bring connected, reusable knowledge to large industrial organizations.
Why this partnership matters
Large industrial companies are sitting on decades of valuable knowledge: engineering reports, service histories, design documents, structured records — all siloed in dozens of systems. The data is there. The problem is that nobody can find it, connect it, or reuse it fast enough to matter.
Most enterprises also know they need AI to change that. What they don't want is a multi-year infrastructure overhaul or a rip-and-replace project that disrupts the systems their operations depend on. They want to unlock the knowledge they already have, without starting from scratch.
That's the gap this partnership is built to close.
Curiosity brings the AI knowledge platform: Graph RAG, in-memory architecture, and the engineering-grade performance needed to handle terabyte-scale data interactively, deployable on top of existing systems, not instead of them.
Capgemini brings the global reach, industry expertise, and integration capability to deploy it inside the largest engineering and manufacturing organizations.
Together, we help enterprises reconnect fragmented data and turn it into something their teams and AI agents can actually work with, inside the real complexity of existing industrial environments, not in a clean-room demo.
What clients get
For the enterprises we serve together, the value is concrete:
Faster answers on complex problems. In aerospace deployments, requests that used to take engineers days are now resolved in minutes.
AI on existing systems. Curiosity connects and structures data across the tools and formats already in place, no migration or rebuild required.
Knowledge reuse, not reinvention. Past cases, prior solutions, and domain expertise become a working asset rather than a buried archive.
Fast to value, proven in production, low risk to deploy. Start with a proof of concept on real company data, see results quickly, and scale without disrupting what already works.

The combination matters because industrial AI doesn't fail on the model. It fails on the data. Capgemini's ability to understand client's businesses and systems, paired with Curiosity's ability to make sense of what's there, is what makes large-scale rollouts realistic rather than aspirational.
What's already working in production
The impact is already concrete in aerospace, where Curiosity powers AI tools used by thousands of engineers every month. Complex requests have moved from days to minutes, and AI agents are operating reliably on terabyte-scale data in production.
Not pilots. Not demos. Real industrial AI in production.
What comes next
Aerospace is the start. Energy, manufacturing, and life sciences are already on the roadmap. These are industries where domain accuracy, traceability, and the ability to reuse expert knowledge are core requirements, not optional extras.
The technology is proven, the deployment path is clear, and this partnership gives us the reach to bring it to the organizations that need it most.
Thank you to the Capgemini teams, and everyone at Curiosity who made this happen. There's a lot of work ahead, and we're glad to be doing it together.
